Class Grading Policies

This semester, you will be involved in a series 6 projects, each of which will be part of a completed electronic portfolio, that will be the final outcome of this course. For more details on assignments and projects, see the Projects and Points page. Some of the projects are fairly small activities and some are a bit more ambitious. Their point value reflects the amount of work they require. You must complete all of the steps of each project and all of the projects to earn a grade in this class for the semester.

All projects must be turned in by the due date to receive full credit. Late projects are accepted only two calendar days past the due date and are lowered by one entire grade.

After two calendar days, the project must still be completed to earn a final grade in the course, but the late project itself will earn no points. See the Projects and Points page for an itemization of all steps and for point totals for each project.
