You will need access to the internet and an email account.
The computer you use must be able to run the most recent versions of a current browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.
In addition, your computer should have the following installed:

The free, basic Real Audio Player and QuickTime.
Macromedia Flash and Shockwave plug-ins.
Adobe Acrobat PDF reader.
